Instructions
for photo size...
1. Please resize your photo to 400 pixels on the
photo's longest dimension, e.g. 290 x 400 pixels, or 400 x 350
pixels.
2.
Save your photo as a .jpg image compressed to 50 Kilobytes
(or as close as possible).

When you have e-mailed us your photo, all your details will be processed
and your Member's entry should be online within 48 hrs.
